Bruno Boesch: The Art Collecting Legal Handbook
Bruno Boesch and Massimo Sterpi, General Editors, are proud to announce the launch of the Art Collecting Legal Handbook.
The Art Collection Legal Handbook is a cross-border legal reference book, with twenty-five national chapters written to a template of 30 practical questions, designed to help collectors and institutions navigate the maze of applicable rules and regulations when acquiring, moving, enjoying and sharing works of art and antiquities. The book opens with forewords by Julien Anfruns, general director of ICOM, and Sam Keller, former director of ArtBasel and director of Fondation Beyeler.
The book will be presented at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Venice on Tuesday 28th May 2013.
