Lucien Valloni and his team achieve important victory for Vanessa Vanakorn (Vanessa-Mae) v. Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS) | FIS four-year competitive skiing ban overturned.

Froriep Partner Dr Lucien W Valloni and his team member Daniel Bloch together with Dr Thilo Pachmann reached important victory for Vanessa Vanakorn and could overturn a FIS four-year competitive skiing ban.

Vanessa Vanakorn was cleared from any accusations whatsoever and got a hundred percent acquittance from the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

According to the Court of Arbitration for Sport FIS has not provided any convincing evidence of any action by Vanessa Vanakorn, or her entourage, to actually influence any of the organisers or any of the participants to the Competitions. Furthermore, the Court of Arbitration for Sport concluded that there is no evidence of any manipulation or corruption.

Vanessa Vanakorn is very happy about the outcome of this decision which cleared her reputation in full. She is of course not happy that the race result is not counted.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has made public its decision of 19 June 2015 (CAS Decisions CAS 2014/A/3833 and CAS 2014/A/3832).
