Julie is specialised in all aspects of international estate planning, inheritance law, art law and non-profit organisations.

Julie has a broad experience in Swiss and international estate planning and trust matters. She provides advice in the field of wills, probate and estate administration as well as in cross-border inheritance matters and related tax issues.

Julie's work for charities, B Corps and social enterprises includes structuring, fundraising, tax advice and governance. She also advises international charities on cross-border structures.

Passionate about art, Julie assists institutional art collectors and individuals on legal issues relating to their collecting activities in connection with tax and estate planning. She also advises cultural institutions on charity law, governance issues, legacies, fundraising and sponsorship.

Julie is admitted to practice in Switzerland since 2007. She holds a Master of Laws from the Universities of Geneva and Zurich (lic. iur., 2005), a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva (2005), the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management (2010) and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes (2011).  Her working languages are French, English and Spanish.

Julie is a Board member of the European Social Enterprise Law Association, the Swiss Impact Enterprise Association and the Women's Business Society. She is a member of the Legal Team of Sustainable Finance Geneva as well as a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association (SAV/FSA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Art Law Foundation and Giving Women. She is the president of the Club Elysée, the Young Patrons Club of the Musée de l'Elysée.
