Dr. Mathieu Blanc
Mathieu obtained his law degree from the University of Lausanne in 2003 and his Ph.D. in 2010. He was admitted to the Vaud Bar in 2010.
His work experience includes a position as a scholar at the Center for Business Law of Lausanne University (CEDIDAC).
Mathieu is the author of several legal publications, mainly on company law, in particular his doctoral thesis on "Corporate Governance in Groups of Companies" (summa cum laude; Prof. Walther Hug Award for one of the best summa cum laude dissertations of 2010/2011).
Mathieu is actively involved in politics. He is currently Vice-President of the Vaud Liberal Radical Party (PLR/FDP) and member of the Lausanne Parliament as well as of the Vaud Parliament (Grand Conseil).
His working languages are French, English and German.
