Dr. Marcel R. Jung will be speaking (per video) on "Future Developments of Global Tax Standards: Requirements for tax planning strategies with legal entities" at the colloquium "International Tax Dialogue" on 18 October 2019 in Singapore.
The International Tax Dialogue focuses on the current framework and the future development of the Global Tax Standards according to the meetings and outcomes of the Ministers of Finance and the Prime Ministers of G7 and G20 this summer in Japan and in France (2 Pillars of entirely new International Tax Standards: Future International Taxation Rules on digitalised Business as well as Future International Minimum Taxation and respective counter measures including CFC and reverse-CFC) and their Impact on Tax Systems and on International Tax Law.
