Julie Wynne speaker at the Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing Conference at NYU

Froriep Partner Julie Wynne will be a speaker at the Conference on the Legal Issues in Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing - in the US and Beyond, co-organised by the Impact Investing Legal Group and the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship at NYU Law. The Conference will take place on May 22-23, 2017 in New York.
Building on the momentum of its 2015 and 2016 conferences, the Impact Investing Legal Working Group (IILWG) is again convening leading lawyers and other professionals working in the field of social entrepreneurship and impact investing for a series of panels, discussions and workshops geared toward sharing knowledge and building a legal community of practice in this field. This year the IILWG is joined by the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship at NYU Law as a conference organiser.
Julie Wynne will participate to the panel "Planning for market uncertainty when investing in social enterprises or managing social enterprises: Winds of Change: Political Uncertainty and New Dynamics", with Frank Samolis, Partner, Squire Patton Boggs LLP, Peter O’Driscoll, Partner Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
The panel will be moderated by Perry Teicher, Impact Finance Fellow, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
