New partner - Laetitia Meier Droz

We are pleased to announce that Laetitia Meier Droz has become a partner of our firm as of 1 January 2018.
Laetitia Meier Droz has a strong expertise in all aspects of commercial, corporate and banking law.
Her practice focuses on investment products and services with a strong emphasis on investment collective schemes, capital markets and regulatory matters. Laetitia is also active in banking litigation and white-collar matters, providing legal advice and representing numerous clients in large scale proceedings before criminal and civil courts.
Her two-year tenure as Head of Legal of an international leading investment company, specialised in emerging, sustainable and inclusive finance gave her in-depth knowledge of the legal and business needs of an asset manager and distribution agent active worldwide, as well as a significant expertise in social impact finance.
Laetitia Meier Droz is admitted to practice law in Switzerland since 2009. She holds a LL.M. in International Relations & Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Bilingual Master of Laws in Economic Law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel. Her working languages are French, English and Spanish.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association (SAV/FSA) and the Legal Team of Sustainable Finance Geneva.
