Anne-Sarah Skrebers has a strong expertise in all aspects of intellectual property law, contract law and litigation, with an emphasis on new technologies.
As Head of the IP & Technology team in the Geneva office, Anne-Sarah's practice focuses on trademark infringement, unfair competition and commercial contracts in relation to intellectual property matters. Anne-Sarah is also active in commercial and white-collar litigation, providing legal advice and representing numerous clients in large scale proceedings before civil and criminal courts.
Prior to joining our firm in 2016, Anne-Sarah worked in the dispute resolution group of a leading Swiss law firm and as a legal counsel in one of the "Big Four".
Anne-Sarah was admitted to the Geneva Bar in December 2009 and to the New York State Bar in July 2014. She received her degree in law (lic. iur) from the University of Geneva in 2007 and earned a specialised LL.M. degree in "Entertainment, Media and Intellectual Property Law" from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 2011.
Her working languages are French and English.
Anne-Sarah is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association (SAV/FSA).
