Anne-Sarah Skrebers is an associate at Froriep Legal SA in the Intellectual Property and Litigation groups. She is specialised in all aspects of intellectual property law, contract law and litigation, with an emphasis on new technologies.
As Head of the IP & Technology team in the Geneva office, her practice focuses on trademark infringement, unfair competition and commercial contracts in relation to intellectual property matters. Anne-Sarah Skrebers is also active in commercial and white-collar litigation, providing legal advice and representing numerous clients in large scale proceedings before civil and criminal courts.
Prior to joining our firm, Anne-Sarah Skrebers worked in the dispute resolution group of a leading Swiss law firm and as a legal counsel in one of the "Big Four".
She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in December 2009 and to the New York State Bar in July 2014. She earned a specialised LL.M. degree in "Entertainment, Media and Intellectual Property Law" from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 2011.
Her working languages are French and English.
Anne-Sarah Skrebers is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association (SAV/FSA).
