Laura Tscherrig's practice focuses on banking, finance and corporate matters with an emphasis on investment products and services and regulatory matters.
She further advises asset managers, collective investment schemes, securities dealers and other financial institutions in relation to their activities in Switzerland, their licensing requirements, as well as the offering of financial instruments and services.
Laura Tscherrig joined the Banking and Finance group in our Geneva office as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining Froriep, she worked for several years in the Banking and Finance group of a business law firm in Geneva.
She graduated from the University of Fribourg in 2011 (bilingual Master of Law), was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2013 and earned an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2017.
Her working languages are French, English and German.
Laura Tscherrig is member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association (SAV/FSA).
