• Together with our tax team we assist clients with their tax-efficient wealth planning and ensure a long-term protection of assets. Our practice covers the establishment and administration of trusts, family foundations, international companies and holdings, private investment companies and funds or the establishment of a family office.
• We also provide support with succession planning within the context of a business. We advise clients on the appropriate tax-optimised corporate structure, draft the necessary contracts with family members or third parties and advise  clients on financing.
• If a client decides to get married or move in with a partner, we can assist with all related issues to protect each party’s interests once the marriage or cohabitation takes place, typically through enactment of a marital, registered partnership or cohabitation agreement.
• Our team assists clients planning their estate, including drafting of last wills and other testamentary dispositions, and representing clients in all inheritance law proceedings before courts and authorities. We can also handle estate administration and act as executors or court-appointed heirs’ representatives.
• In order to maintain self-determination in the event of incapacity and medical measures, we assist clients with drafting protective orders and living wills. On request, we can also act as guardians and help to protect underage children.
• We assist clients with obtaining the necessary residence and work permits in Switzerland. Furthermore, our team assesses a client’s tax situation and optimises it (including lump-sum taxation) and provides support in the acquisition of real estate.
